Make 2 indents in sauce and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook until egg whites are opaque, 4 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves and serve with crusty bread.Top with other slice and toast in a skillet over medium heat until cheese is melted, 5 minutes.
